SUGAR FREE Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Savour the goodness of our sugar-free peppermint fudge – a tasty and guilt-free delight. With a smooth fudge texture and a hint of refreshing peppermint, it's a simple yet satisfying treat. Ingredients
½ can evaporated milk
1 ½ c sugar free chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Monkfruit sweetener 
Sugar free candy canes (optional)
Method
  1. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine the evaporated milk, chocolate chips and monkfruit sweetener.
  2. Slowly stir while the chocolate melts, until all ingredients are combined into a smooth consistency
  3. Line a baking sheet (3x5in) with parchment paper
  4. Carefully pour the fudge mixture into the baking sheet
  5. Top with the optional candy canes
  6. Stick in fridge for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm
  7. Slice and enjoy!
