Ingredients
½ can evaporated milk
1 ½ c sugar free chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Monkfruit sweetener
Sugar free candy canes (optional)
Method
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine the evaporated milk, chocolate chips and monkfruit sweetener.
- Slowly stir while the chocolate melts, until all ingredients are combined into a smooth consistency
- Line a baking sheet (3x5in) with parchment paper
- Carefully pour the fudge mixture into the baking sheet
- Top with the optional candy canes
- Stick in fridge for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm
- Slice and enjoy!
